New Features for Android 4+

Hi all,

We are working on a new build for Decked Builder for Android, with several key features to improve navigation:
- A navigation drawer to let you navigate anywhere in the app from any page. So for example, you can be searching for a card, then switch over to look at your deck, then hit back to go back to searching for a card.
- Proper back button handling – this will now always bring you back.
- Proper up button handling – clicking the icon on the top left will bring you upwards instead of back
- Handle screen rotation properly

This new build will be Android 4+ only, as we will finally be using the native action bars etc in the latest Android builds.

More new features are to come that will take advantage of Android 4+.
