Decked Builder iPhone: Moving the deck toolbar

Hi all,

We will be moving the deck toolbar to the top in the next upcoming bug fix release of Decked Builder due to requests from users from accidentally hitting the bottom tab. If you are against this, do let us know, otherwise it will be moving up!
